We’re doing it again.
Some of you might remember last year’s Women to Boards – an event we hosted to connect talented women with our deep tech startups in need of great board members. While the event was a great success, the work towards gender balance and diversity is never finished.
So – without further ado – we’re proud to present Women to Boards: the 2022 edition! This year, we’re gathering online on the 10th of June, from 14:00 -16:00 EET, to match both new and old acquaintances with our 30 portfolio companies. The event includes both a pre-event screening and matchmaking process, and the best candidates are matched to meet Chairpersons and CEOs from the companies of their own interest.
In addition to looking for board or operational experience, we’re also eager to open up new opportunities for rising talent from the growth ecosystem. And that’s where we need your help!
If you feel like you could be a good fit for one of our startups – or you know the perfect person for one of our boards – please don’t hesitate to reach out to email@example.com. We’re looking for all kinds of seasoned professionals with either a proven track record in deep tech, industry specific experience, or hands-on experience (CEO, sales, legal, CFO) in the world of growth startups.

Please note that the event itself is invite only. Every pre-registered candidate will be screened, and roughly 30-40 will be picked to participate in this year’s event. While we’d love to offer every good candidate an invite, we’re dedicated to only connecting the best fits with our companies. PS. We know the name says Women to Boards. However, everyone that identifies as non-male is of course more than welcome to apply!
