Voima Ventures is pleased to welcome Anni Harju as our new CFO & Investment Director, strengthening financial leadership and operational growth as the fund continues to back Nordic and Baltic deep tech founders from lab to global markets. In the new role, Anni will lead Voima Ventures’ finance function while also working directly with portfolio companies on scaling execution.
Anni brings an extensive operational background across growing startups and scaling tech companies. She joins Voima Ventures from her most recent role as CFO of a fast-growing Finnish scaleup in the defence sector, where she led the finance function through a period of rapid growth including doubling revenue and headcount, and expanding operations internationally.
Before that, she was at Veri, a Helsinki-based metabolic health startup, where she served as Head of Finance and Operations before leading the company’s transition as Transition Director following its acquisition by ŌURA in late 2024.
Earlier, Anni spent close to eight years at Futurice, most recently as Head of Strategy for the Futurice Group, leading the group strategy and managing the investment portfolio.
