Better quality of life for people with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders
Adamant Health provides advanced Measurement and Analysis Service for clinical use as well as to pharmaceutical companies and research organisations around the world focusing on movement disorders like Parkinson’s disease. The Service combines neuromuscular function (EMG) and motor symptoms (motion) based on objective and accurate data measured with a small and wearable sensor in home environment.
The technology is based on extended research done at the University of Eastern Finland in Kuopio during the past 15 years. It has been tested with over 200 patients in different clinical trials and over 20 scientific articles have been published in international scientific journals on the results.
